Neighborhood Councils apart of the LA City Gov’t and are the closest form of government to the people. They are advisory bodies, who advocate for their communities with City Hall on important issues.

Who is the West Adams Neighborhood Council

The West Adams Neighborhood Council (WANC) is part of the grassroots system of 99 Los Angeles Neighborhood Councils. Our Board is made up of elected volunteers who serve as public officials. Our mission is to improve the quality of life in West Adams by providing an open forum for public discussion and by advising the City on the needs and concerns of local stakeholders
