WHAT IS THE NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL
The West Adams Neighborhood Council is part of the grassroots-level system of the 99 Los Angeles neighborhood councils. The Board is comprised of elected volunteers and are public officials. The council serves as an advisory body on issues of concern to our community.
The mission is to optimize the quality of life, and address the needs and concerns of neighborhood stakeholders through providing an open forum for public discussion, and advisement to the City of Los Angeles.
