- Discussion, feedback, and possible board recommendation for Conditional Use Permit at the Padel Club, located at 5461 Jefferson Boulevard. (see Appendix page 8 for 2022 WANC Development Guidelines).
- A Class 2 Conditional Use Permit pursuant to LAMC Sec. 12.24 W.1 and Chapter 1A Section 13.B.2.2, to permit the on-site sale and consumption of a full-line of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with an approximately 16,543 square foot indoor tennis club with 42 indoor seats.
- Discussion of possible Land Use virtual forum – last week of December or first week of January – to document community input on land use matters, such as parking and abandoned properties, within WANC boundaries.
